I uploaded a video of the Elektronengehirn concert at the soundnight at Linux Audio Conference 2010 in Utrecht. Its a full length video of the performance in SJU Utrecht at Linux Audio Conference 2010 on 3. May. Not much to see, more to hear. Algorhythmical composition processes been live controlled and augmented with some live playing. The piece is done in Pure Data and running on a Linux laptop (Arch Linux), all sounds are synthesized in realtime without samples or prepared tracks.

Processing and framerate

After his lecture in Hamburg, Peter Kirn showed me some Processing sketches with nice framerate, restoring my faith into that system and Java 3D in general. I tried Processing some years ago but was not that impressed by the framerate and wondering how all the others create big scale installations with it.
